Gout can be controlled using Apple Cider Vinegar as a remedy. To make a Gout fighting drink, mix 1 tablespoon of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar that contains "Mother" which is the organic cloudy substance at the bottom of the bottle, with 1 teaspoon of organic honey and some warm water and drink.

Using Apple Cider Vinegar to combat gout is a great healthy alternative. Apple Cider Vinegar or ACV stops harmful bacteria from growing, it can aid in any respiratory infections, it can help alleviate sore throats, nasal problems and it also helps purify blood and blood circulation. The health of the Kidneys and Bladder can also benefit from ACV.

Apple Cider Vinegar is full of pectin ( which attaches to cholesterol Globules and fights free radicals which helps cells Rejuvenate), it also contains carbolic acids, ketone potassium (this Removes excess water and toxic waste and helps regulate blood pressure) and also contains malic acid and and acetic acid (which fights fungal infection and relieves painful joints)

The Malic acid also dissolves deposits of Uric Acid and helps push them out of the body. The amino acids present, acts as antibiotics and as an antiseptic to help reduce toxicity in the body.

ACV combined with Gotu Kola has major arthritic healing benefits. For all people using Apple Cider Vinegar to fight gout , I can only stress that you use a low acidity version of ACV. Ask your local health store for advice on this as if you can try and use a 5% acidity to lessen other effects from the acid.

Honey is a major ingredient to be added to with Apple Cider Vinegar, as it will make the taste of ACV more enticing. Try and use organic honey as it is an alkaline forming food, if you use processed honey there will be little acidifying benefits , but would make the ACV still taste better. Try Organic unprocessed Honey, as this has the biggest benefits for you as an addition to ACV.

So for me Organic Apple Cider Vinegar for gout with Mother definitely works in my Gout maintenance. TRY it, it may well be your savior... but Remember seek a doctor's opinion first. I have decided that NSAID's are good for extreme or acute gouty attacks. But for general Gout prevention I will stick to Apple Cider Vinegar

ACV has acids which can stain teeth. You must clean your teeth after drinking ACV. For people who constantly drink Apple Cider Vinegar to combat gout, be warned . Your mouth cannot handle the amount of acid constantly being sipped all day. Your mouth will not recover easily so make sure you wash your mouth and clean your teeth. Or you will have damaged enamel which cannot be naturally replaced.

AND make sure you CLEAN YOUR TEETH AFTER DRINKING AVC to make sure your enamel is safe.

I strongly suggest that you do not use the ACV pills unless they have a very low acidity level on the label. Strong acid can lead to heartburn and enamel corrosion.

It is best to mix your apple cider vinegar with other juices or teas, as ACV is not a pleasant drink to taste ( some like it ? but not many ) mixed with organic honey and juice will make it a much easier gout remedy to use, just make sure you get medical approval before taking this gout remedy.

I hope this helps in your gout fight.
